Residential buildings for persons with disabilities that require non-conventional care, support or other services in their daily life that have exceptional space and equipment solutions and that offer service housing or intensified service housing.

In dwellings for special groups, the living space for the resident is a dwelling unit or other dwelling room suitable for continuous living use.; Dwellings for special groups are intended, for example, for elderly people with disabilities or memory disorders, physically disabled persons or persons in mental health or substance abuse rehabilitation.; In service housing, the service provider arranges the dwelling unit for the customer and part-time care and support, as well as dwelling-related services for the customer.
